The issue has been identified. New dashboards which contain a Data Table element or a KPI element may not load. We are working on a fix and will provide an update soon.

On 4th March 2026 between 05:51AM - 06:03AM UTC there was a disruption of service to opsCTRL. This means some connected data sent to opsCTRL was not processed correctly. Connected data tag Alarms were not affected and were processed. Please reach out to servicedesk@opsctrl.com for any questions or if you have experienced any issues after this time frame.
